We felt it firsthand. Tallow has given us a shift in energy and clarity. We have always been a family that cooks and shares meals.
For six years we ate little fat, but this changed as we gained knowledge about how animals can be raised in a manner that is in harmony with the Earth.
We have since changed our perspective. Daily life comes with greater ease and we are lively, so we find joy in movement and creativity. It serves to ground us while living in the city. It nourishes our body and soul so that we can do more of what we love in life. We want to share this experience with you.
